ARTEXPRESS is back and bursting with creativity. Our much-loved annual exhibition highlights outstanding artworks by Year 12 visual arts students from across New South Wales. Celebrating bold ideas, artistic skills, and the issues that matter to young people today, ARTEXPRESS 2026 features a selection of exceptional bodies of work created for the art-making component of the HSC examination in Visual Arts in 2025. Experimenting with a variety of media and techniques, students have worked across multiple expressive forms: ceramics, collection of works, designed objects, documented forms, drawing, graphic design, painting, photomedia, printmaking, sculpture, textiles and fibre, and time-based forms. The result is a mix of styles and perspectives that reflects contemporary art practice and the diversity of this generation.
