New Skin

The artwork comes undone in 'New Skin.' Old forms are shed, assumed coherence crumbles, and the singular face of the artwork fragments and is reimagined. 'New Skin' presents a series of new works by Eduardo Wolfe-Alegría, Emily Galicek, and Genevieve Felix Reynolds that push the boundaries of the painted medium. Curated by Tai Mitsuji, the exhibition briefly flirts with recognisable forms, only to reject them—and, instead, cast us into the unknown.
